Namkin Lyrics

Namkeen is an endearing and easy-to-relate film by Gulzar. It is produced by Jayant Malkan and released in 1982. It starred Waheeda Rehman, Sharmila Tagore, Shabana Azmi, Kiran Vairale and Sanjeev Kumar in main roles. The story is about a woman who worked all her life as a nautanki dancer, but wants to keep her three daughters away from it. All the four women live by themselves and struggle to meet their daily requirements. The only change to their lives is brought by a truck driver played by Sanjeev Kumar.
