Mammo Lyrics

Mammo is a 1994 art film directed by Shyam Benegal. Farida Jalal is playing the title role who is leaving on a temporary visa with her sister in Bombay and looking for her two kids. The story is written by Khalid Mohammed, Shama Zaidi, and Javed Siddiqui. The film touched the sensitive issue in which human emotions are rejected on political grounds. It won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film. Farida Jalal won Filmfare Critics Award for Best Performance, and Surekha Sikri won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor.
