Dholak is a light-hearted family drama movie released in 1951 with Ajit, and Moona Shorey in lead roles. Unemployment during that period was still a problem as it is now. To fetch the job, both the protagonists have to resort to lies. However, when the truth get uncovered, they lose the job. But still, they enjoy their journey of job search, and finally secure an employment.
